Warriors’ attacking midfielder Khama Billiat is being tipped to join Netherlands crack side Ajax Amsterdam according to reports from South Africa on Wednesday.
The Urban Warriors player will follow in the footsteps of his former teammate Thulani Serero who last season signed for the South African club’s sister club Ajax Amsterdam Serero signed a four-year deal with Ajax Amsterdam in May after an impressive season in the South African Premiership and Billiat seems set to follow suit after an impressive debut season last year and a promising start this season.
Twenty-one-year-old Billiat, who has been a revelation for both club and country, on Saturday inspired Ajax Cape Town to a 3-2 victory over rivals Mamelodi Sundowns.
Ajax Amsterdam have had a majority stake in Ajax Cape Town since 1999.
