Kaizer Chiefs manager Bobby Motaung and assistant coach Donald “Ace” Khuse watched the Warriors international friendly match against Zambia on Wednesday night at Rufaro in search of new talent.

Chiefs have had FC Platinum midfielder Lincoln Zvasiya on trial in the last two weeks with Justice Majabvi and watched the Under-23 international make a seven minute appearance in the match. Majabvi was not in the team and failed to make the grade at Chiefs.

Chiefs are in search of replacement for Tinashe Nengomasha, who could hang up his boots in the next few years and, according to sources, could also have been looking at Erick Mudzingwa, defender Daniel Vheremu and Archford Gutu.

Gutu, though has made the grade in Sweden, but is waiting for offers from Germany.
