Fusion Café Bar

The club which has been operating for a year after re-opening will on Friday night celebrate its first anniversary. Resident DJs T-Bass and P-Styles (Bass & Styles) will be on the decks.

Borrowdale Racecourse

The Borrowdale racecourse will be action packed again this weekend as there will be a Spin Fest on Saturday afternoon. Two of South Africa’s best spinners will be spinning the wheels while Zimbabwe’s very own Fat Cat, Goofa, Vevelicious, DJ Rax, Rossi and Raydizz will beentertaining.

32 Fairmile Drive, Blufhill

Phenomenal Events will Saturday morning host a bridal fun day for brides-to-be. There will be a lot of competitions with the first winner walking away with a gown. Other prizes include a wedding cake and a floral arrangement for the bridal team. There will also be wedding exhibitors including caterers and photographers showcasing their products.

Portugal Restaurant (Pensao)

The new-look Tony’s Nite Spot club at corner Samora Machel Avenue/Eighth Street is the kicking place for hard clubbers all weekend. Full braai and wide range of drinks on sale. Every Saturday the club features “Caribbean Reggae/Dancehall Nite” hosted by Venom Entertainment with DJ Slow. Big up all crew!

The Cave Affair Domboshava

ZimGossip Models, home of Miss Zimbabwe, Malaika Mushandu, will on Saturday have a bush party in Domboshava to celebrate the success of the modeLling agency. The celebrations will be held at the Domboshava caves and DStv’s Africa Magic will also be part of the event.

Liquid Lounge

Saturday night the bar hosts “Saturday Night of Pleasure” with DJ Flevah on the decks. On Sunday, the Big Brother Amplified (BBA) fans will invade the place as the Liquid Lounge is the home to BBA fans. They will watch the live eviction show on big screens.

MUTARE — Dangamvura Hotel/ Birchenough Bridge Motel

First Farai and Banyana Bafana from Bulwayo will take their act to Mutare where they will perform at the Dangamvura Hotel on Friday night. Saturday evening, 15 local groups will compete for the Chibuku Road to Fame Manicaland provincial finals at the same hotel.

Babylon Nightclub

Allan Chimbetu takes his dendera hits to the nightclub in Tafara tonight before he heads for Je T’aime Nightclub in Glen Norah tomorrow night. The musician is fresh from a tour of Malawi and the shows will be special reunion events with his local fans.

BULAWAYO

Sports 747

The drive-in hosts two of Mzansi’s hottest DJs this evening —DJ Kent and Cndo. The show, however, starts at 12 noon with local DJs Slimzar Wa Afrika, Black Cee, Mich Diamond, Keezy, Mendoza, Criss Rocx and Kead Wikead who will warm the stage for the South African artists.

Mojo (BAC)

Saturday evening it is the “Class of Tha 90s” at Mojo. Join DJs Mark Vusani and Tony going back in time with 90s Soul and R’n’B hits.

Kalahari Sports Bar (Beitbridge)

Friday night catch DJ Daggera at a show entitled “Dagerra’s Nest”. Tomorrow Kalatainment takes over at a show dubbed “Seductive” while on Sunday, DJ Dagerra returns flanked by MC Mapantso for old school selections.

Paparazzi Sports Diner

Friday night it’s the “Freaky Fresh Friday Show” featuring DJs Prince, Zetfactor, Cool J and Glen. On Saturday the same DJs play strictly club dance music.

Hustlers Leisure Centre

Friday night is the “Beer Festival” there’ll be a beer drinking competition with prizes up for grabs. Saturday evening it is the “Clubbers Night Out”. DJs Mzoe, Phat Joe, Marx and T-Noe will be entertaining. On Sunday, it’s the “Stockvel Party” featuring DJ Lazy Tee and Kalawa dance group.
