Popular comedian Carl Joshua Ncube will perform at Walkers Pub, Bulawayo, on Thursday and Friday as part of his preparations for an international tour.

After his performance in Bulawayo, the comedian will stage another show in Victoria Falls before crossing to Zambia where he will launch his international tour that he has dubbed “World Tour”.

The comedian will then travel to other African countries such as Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania and Nigeria.

Thereafter, Ncube goes to Europe where he is set to perform in the United Kingdom, France and Germany. He is also expected to tour America.

The “World Tour” will be back on the African continent in August when Ncube will stage shows in South Africa.

Ncube was born in Bulawayo and last year he visited the city with another production.

Hella Hella Entertainment and Promotions director Possenti Sikosana told NewsDay that tonight’s show would be a “teaser”. The promotions company is hosting Ncube in Bulawayo.

“The big show will be on Friday night. On Thursday , other local comedians will join Ncube on stage for an introductory show. It will be a night of fun. The audience will be allowed to join in and crack jokes. Let me emphasise, however, that rude and obscene jokes will not be tolerated.”
