Bulawayo’s best dancehall artistes are set to belt it out at Hustlers leisure centre this Saturday night.
Hustlers Entertainment manager Simon Gama said the show would comprise dancehall artistes, Centre Party and Ras Man Python.
The two are well-known dancehall musicians in Bulawayo.
“We would like to bring to the people of Bulawayo the best entertainers. We will always host the best performers even in the new year,” said Gama.
He said most people have the misconception that in January night life is dead.
“We will have non-stop entertainment even at this time. Those who will attend the show can expect the best. There is a lot of talent in the city but the musicians only need exposure,” he said.
Gama said Kwaito artist, Samazaza would perform on that night.
“Our intention is to have variety on the night,” he said.
“Besides dance hall, we will also have Kwaito, a genre that is very much popular in Bulawayo”.
In December, Harare-based ragga artist, Winky D performed for a full house at the leisure centre.
He is also set to make a return to the centre at the end of the month, together with Willom Tight.
“We would like to encourage people to come in their numbers and support the artistes,” said Gama.
