Shooting Stars had the highest number of coaches during the 2010 Premiership while 10 teams did not change coaches despite indifferent results.
Motor Action were crowned champions and qualified for their debut in the Orange CAF Champions League under Joey Antipas while FC Victoria, Bantu Rovers, Douglas Warriors and Lengthens bade farewell to the Premiership.
