Makosi Musambasi could star in Britain’s final Big Brother starting later this month, according to British newspapers.
Big Brother Ultimate Champion will bring the curtain down on what was once Britain’s most viewed television programme before ratings took a knock.
TV bosses say they want to bring back the show’s “most colourful characters” from the 11 seasons of Big Brother – sparking frenzied speculation from UK tabloids over the select 12 ex-housemates who will vie for the £250 000 prize and title of Big Brother Ultimate Champion.
Makosi was one of the stars of Big Brother 6, eventually coming third.Makosi’s life has, however, been marred with a lot of controversy and this was probably the ace up her sleeve which made her a darling of the show’s viewers.
When she first hogged the limelight five years ago, the British-based cardiac nurse claimed to have had jacuzzi sex with another participant in the show.
Flamboyant businessman Phillip Chiyangwa was also sucked into Makosi controversies after which he opened up to the British tabloid, The People, about his affair with Makosi saying she had asked him to marry her.
Speculation is now rife that the busty Zimbabwean babe along with ex-housemate Science, Nikki Grahame, Kinga, Eugene and Brian Belo are all under consideration.
Makosi is very popular with UK audiences because of her unpredictability, something that is likely to add a sting to her second stint in the show. The show’s creative director Phil Edgar-Jones told The Sun newspaper:
“It’s a bitter sweet moment with Big Brother ending, but the Ultimate Champion will ensure we end on a high. As well as finding fans’ favourite housemate, it will also be a trip down memory lane as they discuss experiences in the house.
The two-week Ultimate Big Brother event will go on TV after the end of Big Brother 11, starting on August 24. There will be no evictions, with the public voting on the final day for the Big Brother Ultimate Champion.
