Player exodus looms at Dynamos

A massive exodus is looming at Dynamos after four of their players were linked to Black Mambas.
Sources yesterday said goalkeeper Willard Manyatera, defenders Lovemore Mapuya and William Mapfumo together with midfielder Eddie Mashiri could be joining the police side as new coach Madinda Ndlovu beefs up his squad.
Audience Rundofa is also set to join the same team, according to sources.
Ndlovu said: “It is not a secret that we want to strengthen the team but we can’t talk of any names at the moment. The window is open and that means movement of players from one club to another.”
Mambas are rooted at the foot of the Premier Soccer League table with just two points from eight games.
They are sponsored by Twalumba Holdings who were instrumental in bringing veteran coach Ndlovu at the struggling side.
News that Manyatera could leave Dynamos will not come as a surprise after the goalie fell out of favour with coach Elvis Chiweshe after he went for trials to South African side Mamelodi Sundowns without the club’s clearance.
Mapuya and Mapfumo have not been having game time at the Harare giants for a long time now and it appears they want to rejuvenate their careers elsewhere.
