Miguel Orlando Collins a.k.a Sizzla Kalonji put up a great show last Sunday at the Harare International Conference Centre (HICC).
Dressed in an all black outfit, Sizzla was backed by Zimbabwe’s own reggae band, Transit crew, who made the perfect match for this performance.
The audience was adorned in red, green and yellow coloured outfits which represent the Rastafarian culture.
The conference centre was drowned into loud cheers and screams when Sizzla belted out some of his popular hit singles that included Thank you mama and Jah love.
Sizzla, speaking at the show, said Rastafarians should always maintain peace and urged everyone to be proud of their country and love their race.
The police were also urged not to beat up people but instead resolve any issues through conversation.
Various local artists including Extra Large, Rocki, Stunner and reggae musician Mike Madamombe a.k.a Mic-Inity and others also performed at the show.
Minister of Tourism and Hospitality Industry, Walter Mzembi, and Minister of Media, Information and Publicity, Webster Shamu were some of the dignitaries that attended the show.
